Hullo!
After a long thought about it, I'm gonna post a story of mine that's quite close to my heart. It's a piece I wrote at quite a dark time for me, but it's the closest I've gotten to being happy with a piece of my own writing.
It's a story about two brothers, Andy and Charlie.
I'm gonna post it in instalments, mainly cause I reckon people can be daunted by massive pieces of text, and I don't know how much text you can upload at once!
If you could give it a read, I'd really appreciate it.
Cheers.

Clear out and re-start
Hullo
I know not many people are gonna see this, but I'm having a bit of a clear out. Gonna update a lot of things, get rid of some old crap, that kinda thing.
After that, I'm gonna try and get a few more things in this account of mine - see if I've improved - that kinda thing...

School is over.
Well, after 7 years of school, I never have to go back. Except for exams of course. But after that, I am completely finished.
It's quite daunting really. Especially when mum and her friends are talking about how difficult it is to get a job, keep a house, and generally have enough money for anything. So begs the question, do I actually want to go out into the big world? I'd be perfectly happy not to get a job and live like an adult, and just lounge around on a beach, busking my way from meal to meal. But I reckon I should probably aim higher than that right?
It was just such a familiar place (school, I mean) so it was really wierd to be wan
University
Right... had an interview for Nottingham University the other week. It was a litte wierd in the way that I can't really remember what I said in answer to her questions, or whether I even looked at the woman!
However, the campus was really great - a lovely bit of green in a massive city. It sort of won my heart a little :P
A kind of big issue though, is that I'm competing with about 60 other people, for a course that only takes 12 full- time students! :S I know that gives me a 1 in 5 chance, but the fact that I can barely remember what I said in the interview doesn't exactly fill me with confidence!
So. They said they'd let me know by the e
